• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never store your card details.
• Usage analytics — via Google Analytics (pages viewed, general location, device type), which uses cookies. We do not send your name or email to Google.
• Server logs — standard technical data (IP address, timestamp, browser) generated by our hosting provider.

How We Use It

• To provide your subscription and dashboard access.
• To send the digest you subscribed to.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To understand usage and improve the platform.
• To contact you about your account or important changes.

Third-Party Services

We rely on Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (usage), and Google Cloud Platform (hosting and storage), each with its own privacy practices. Market data comes from the public and licensed sources listed on our Data Sources page — these provide market data, not personal information about you.

Data Retention

We retain your account records for up to six years to meet Canadian tax and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion of your account, subject to those legal obligations.
